FCOPA is organized exclusively for one or more of the charitable, educational, and scientific purposes specified in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Specific Purpose. The specific purpose of  FCOPA shall be to preserve Performing Arts and ethnic traditional cultures by:

1. Educating the public about different ethnic cultural music, film and dance art forms;
2. Providing  support for performing art projects;
3. Providing mentoring for youth focusing on dance, film and music;
   1. Initiating, participating in, or supporting efforts to preserve the existence and further the development of ethnic performing art forms;
   2. To further the common well being and welfare of the Performing Arts Community;
   3. Providing supplemental relief funds to performing artists specifically for the purpose of major medical expenses, not including cosmetic or elective surgery.
   4. Promoting new performing artists and assisting with projects.
